Simple hiring timeline

A project timeline is a critical tool for managing and tracking the progress of a project.

Scope Needs

This is where the process begins. We work closely with your business to understand your specific hiring needs, from trade type and experience level to location and culture fit. You can either start by outlining your requirements or by browsing our curated list of ready-to-interview candidates. This initial scoping ensures that every recommendation we provide aligns with your project timelines, compliance requirements, and long-term staffing goals.

Shortlist (2–5 Matches)

Once we’ve defined your requirements, we provide a shortlist of two to five hand-picked candidates who meet your criteria. Each candidate is carefully vetted for technical skills, qualifications, experience, and attitude. This curated approach saves you time and ensures that only high-quality, job-ready applicants reach your desk—reducing the burden of sifting through unsuitable CVs.

Meet and Greet

Next, you’ll have an opportunity to meet the shortlisted candidates in an informal “meet and greet” session. This stage focuses on assessing cultural compatibility, communication skills, and lifestyle fit for your team and location. It’s your chance to get a feel for each candidate beyond the resume and ensure they’ll thrive in your workplace environment.

Technical Interview

In this stage, candidates undergo a structured technical interview tailored to their trade. We evaluate their diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, practical knowledge, and experience handling relevant tools and systems. This ensures that only those with the technical depth your business needs progress further—helping maintain high-quality standards across your workforce.

Scenario Interview

The scenario interview introduces real-world challenges that candidates must solve on the spot. It’s designed to gauge how they think under pressure, apply safety and efficiency standards, and interact in a team environment. This step helps identify candidates who not only have technical expertise but also the initiative and adaptability to excel in dynamic job sites.

Offer and Acceptance

Once the ideal candidate has been identified, we assist in finalising the offer and securing acceptance. We guide both parties through contract terms, salary expectations, and start date discussions to ensure transparency and alignment. Clear communication at this stage prevents misunderstandings and sets the foundation for a smooth onboarding journey.

Immigration Handover

After the offer is accepted, our team coordinates with our MARA-registered immigration partners to begin the sponsorship and visa preparation process. We provide the necessary documentation, run Labour Market Testing (LMT) for 28 days, and gather supporting materials. This stage ensures that your business remains compliant with all Australian immigration regulations.

Lodge Sponsorship

Following the LMT period, the sponsorship, nomination, and visa applications are formally lodged. We manage all required documentation and keep you informed throughout the process. Our partnership with licensed migration experts ensures accuracy and efficiency, minimising delays and helping to secure approvals as swiftly as possible.

We remain available for any onboarding assistance to ensure a smooth integration into your team. From here, you can focus on growth and productivity while we continue supporting your long-term workforce strategy.
